Safe Usage Guidelines
Purpose

Installation
Proper Clamp Application:

Place the clamp around the element to be immobilized or secured.
Ensure the clamp is properly fitted and fully encompasses the element.
Tighten the clamp using the designated tool (e.g., screwdriver or special pliers). Ensure the clamp is tight but does not damage the secured element.
Caution During Tightening:

Do not exceed the maximum torque while tightening to avoid breaking the clamp.
After tightening, ensure any excess clamp material is safely trimmed to avoid posing a hazard to users or the environment.
Checking the Attachment:

After applying the clamp, make sure it is stable and does not shift under pressure or load.
Regular Technical Inspection
Before Each Use:

Inspect the clamp for cracks, deformations, or loose connections. Damaged clamps should be replaced immediately.
Ensure the fastenings are not loose and hold the components securely.
Periodic Inspection:

For long-term use, regularly check whether the clamp maintains its clamping properties and corrosion resistance. In marine environments, clamps may be exposed to salt and moisture, which can weaken the material over time.

Cleaning:
