The ePropulsion 1276 Wh/48V lithium battery is designed to power electric propulsion systems and other devices requiring a stable and efficient high-voltage energy source. Safe operation is guaranteed if the manufacturer’s recommendations are followed.

2. Safe Usage

Charging:Use only dedicated chargers compatible with this lithium battery.Never exceed the recommended charging voltage and current.Charge the battery in a well-ventilated area, avoiding high temperatures and open flames.

Installation and Operation:Install the battery according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Ensure it is securely fastened and protected from shocks and mechanical damage.Avoid short circuits on the battery terminals and do not disconnect it while the electrical system is running.Do not use the battery in extreme temperatures (recommended operating range: -10°C to 55°C).

Storage:Store the battery in a dry, cool place, away from moisture, chemicals, and direct sunlight.For extended storage (over 3 months), maintain a charge level of 40-60%.

3. Usage Limitations

The product is not intended for life-critical systems (e.g., medical applications).Do not immerse the battery in water or expose it to saltwater.Do not disassemble, modify, or tamper with the battery casing. Any alteration may lead to fire or chemical leakage.

4. Inspection and Maintenance

Inspect the battery before each use for visible damage, such as cracks, deformations, or leaks.If any damage or abnormal behavior (e.g., overheating) is detected, stop using the product immediately and contact authorized service.Regularly clean the battery terminals and contacts with a dry, soft cloth.

5. Emergency Procedures

In case of leakage: Avoid contact with the chemical substance. If it comes into contact with skin, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice.

In case of fire: Use a dry powder extinguisher, CO₂ extinguisher, or sand. Never use water to extinguish a battery fire.
