Returns and complaints
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return the purchased goods, no problem!

Do not forget to include in the package:
- proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) that you received with the goods
- a completed return form
Remember that:
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the goods
- the returned products must be in their original packaging, and must not be used or damaged
- we do not accept parcels sent back at the store's expense and sent back by cash on delivery
- the cost of returning the purchased goods, incurred by you, is not refundable
- you will receive money for the returned products within 3 days from the date of receipt of the parcel by us. The refund will be made to the bank account indicated by you in the return form.
COMPLAINTS
If the delivered product has technical defects or mechanical damage during delivery or you have received a shipment that does not comply with your order, submit a complaint!
Remember that:
- you can submit a complaint by e-mail at hello@sailovnia.pl
- the advertised products should be sent to our warehouse to the following address:

- we do not accept parcels sent back at the store's expense and sent back by cash on delivery
- Your complaint will be dealt with immediately, no later than within 7 days from the date of submitting the complaint to the Customer Service Department
- if the complaint is accepted, we will replace the damaged products with wholesome ones. If we will not be able to replace the goods (e.g. due to out of stock), we guarantee a refund of the value of the purchased goods within 3 days from the date of considering the complaint.
